no we cannot say honey in sugar as pure carbohydrates source because first we talked about Hindi in honey there are various other substances which are beneficial to us but still they are not pure carbohydrate source and when we talk about sugar it is big security of the many of forms which is not carbohydrate actually they are milk carbohydrate after being digested by our enzymes salivary amylase.
