to calculate these we have to calculate the square root of 202500
which is 450
so answer is 450 in each row

So now he wants to arrange in square

No. Of cadets = area of square
Or side²=202500
side =  \sqrt{202500}  = 450
So 450cadets in each row.
No. Of rows = 450
