perimeter of sqre=40m
perimeter of rctngle=(40*2/5)-2.4=13.6m
l and b of rctngle =?
=>2(l+b)
=>b=l/3
=>2(l+l/3)=13.6
=>l=10.2m
=>b=10.2/3
=3.4m
so l=5.1 and b=1.7
