To find : . Determine the angle by which minute hand turned since the start of the current hour.

Solution:

Hour hand move 360°  in 12 hrs

=> Hour hand move  30° in 1 hr

Minutes hand move 360°  in hr

=>  30°  hour hand movement = 360° Minutes hand movement

=> 1° hour hand movement = 360°/30°  = 12° Minutes hand movement

Hour Hand Turned by x°

Input  = x   float

output = m  float

h = hrs spent (integer)  

x / 30  =  h  ( hrs spent in integers)

Degrees degrees rotated in that hour by Hour hand = x  - 30h

Minutes hand movement m = 12 * (x  - 30h)

out put = m
