For convenience ,
=>we convert it into rational no. 0.1=1\10 0.11=11\10
=> now we use the formula a+b\2.
=>a = 0.1 and b = 0.11
=>[1\10+11\10]÷2
=> 12/10 ÷2
=> 3/5
First rational number is 3/5

Let us find the second one with the same formula :
=> Formula : a + b ÷2
=> but this time we want to find a rational number between 1/10 and 3/5
=> [1/10+3/5] ÷ 2
=> [1/10+6/10] ÷ 2
=> 7/10 ÷ 2
=> 7/ 20

Hence the two rational numbers between 0.1 and 0.11 are 3/5 and 7/20.
