A democracy is different as A democracy is backed by the people of the country where as a non-democracy is not backed by the people of the country and it comes under direct rule of the ruler or the dictator enter. Democracy is also different as democracy has a constitution to which all the people must abide and it has an independent judiciary whereas the constitution but does not have an independent judiciary

Answer:

In a non-democracy, people’s musings and opinions don’t count, so sensible questions never get aired. In a democracy there are so many opinions that sensible questions can get drowned out. So you can’t win. But at least here you got to ask!

The best definition of democracy I’ve read for a long time that it’s not that the people always get it right . So democracy isn’t about asking The People to make decisions .Rather democracy is the best method yet devised for getting rid of bad governments. Churchill with typical ironic wit said it took armageddon to make him Prime Minister in 1940. It would be better to say that it took armageddon to get rid of Hitler in 1945. A simple general election sufficed to get rid of Churchill.

So the simplest test for a democracy is to take a quick look at its electoral system and history. Ballot boxes save the world.
