The basic two conditions for a scientific hypothesis is that it should be testable and falsifiable.
Testable means that you can conduct observations and experiments about the study. If a study cannot be experimented nor observed then you it fails to meet the condition.
Falsifiable means that you can disprove the scientific hypothesis.
