Action researcher should be considered as an educational practice for the practitioners. In action researcher action is both informed and committed where the values are made and practices are monitored to observe if there is any difference or variations which should be minimized. It increases the feeling of self worth and confidence and changes their values and beliefs. It gives a framework to develop what practitioner do and help to learn more about practice based topic. It provides us a space to listen others and find out what their perspectives really are.
