how adrenaline prepare in emergency situation

In an emergency , when the body gets signal that any mishap is going to take place , the adrenal gland placed above the kidneys secretes the hormone , adrenaline which helps in supplying more blood to involuntary muscles and less to voluntary muscles . It also results in sweating, increased heart beat etc.
