they are converted because of the denitrifying bacteria in the soil

surbhi22555: nitrates and nitrites
surbhi22555: these proteins are consumed by human beings
Asiskumar: ok ... then
surbhi22555: and in response humans excreat nitrogenous waste
Asiskumar: ok i understood
Asiskumar: thanks for ur support ...
surbhi22555: do you understand what is after this ?
surbhi22555: welcome
Asiskumar: ya i understood after this .....then the denitrifying bacteria change it to atmospheric nitrogen ...ri8?
surbhi22555: yes you are right !

hi your answer -

Nitrates are also metabolized by denitrifying bacteria, which are especially anaerobic soils. the action of these bacteria trends to deplete soil nitrates, forming free atmospheric nitrogen.

hope it help you!
