So, I am going to Explore the full Reproduction process from Zygote to Foetus and then Baby.

So, At first when sperm releases in the Vaginal part of females then it reacts with Ovum or Ova. Male reproducing Cell is Called Spermatozoa or in short Sperm and Female reproducing cell is called as Ovum or Ova.

When sperm reacts with the Ova the they form a Single cell called 'Zygote' by the process of Fertilisation. Actually, The fusion of Male and Female gamete is called Fertilisation. Male gamete goes to Cervix after this it goes to fallopian tube by crossing Uterus. It meets with the female gamete then after Fertilisation there is formation of Zygote. It is the stage of baby child in which cell starts developing.

Then, Zygote developed into 100 ball of cells called Embryo. This is the stage of Unborn baby child in which the body parts of baby child starts developing. Actually, After 7 to 8 weeks of Fusion the formation of some parts starts in baby child like :- Brain, Heart (To pump oxygen and blood), ears and nose. In this stage only baby child starts recognising his/her mother's sound.

After this process, there is a formation of Foetus which is almost in 7 to 8 months after fusion. This is the stage in which parts of baby child can be easily identified. In this stage also the Ligaments in the body of child starts developing into Bones and all the types of systems formed completely in this stage.

After this stage of Foetus for two or three months Baby is born.

Hey Mate!!!Here's Ur Answer!!^_^

During copulation semen released from penis into the vagina(insemination). Motile sperms swim rapidly through cervix and moves to uterus and finally reach the ampullary-isthmus junction of Fallopian tube. Ovum released from ovary also reached to this junction where fertilization will take place. An important thing to be noted that if ovum and sperm simultaneously transported to this junction then fertilization occur if this doesn't happen then the copulation will not lead to successful fertilization. The process of fusion of a sperm and an ovum is called as fertilization.

Now comes the most important part of this whole process. when sperm comes in contact with the ovum it induces certain changes in the membrane zona pellucida of ovum that blocks the entry of additional sperms. It ensures that only one sperm fuse with the ovum. Acrosomal secretions also play important role in entry of sperm into the cytoplasm of ovum through the zona pellucida layer and plasma membrane. It result in the completion of meiotic division of secondary oocyte. The second meiotic division is also unequal and results in formation of second polar body and a haploid ovum. As a result this ovum fuses with the nucleus of sperm (haploid) forming a zygote(diploid).

SOME EXTRA INFORMATION:

QUE:Define the male reproductive system.
Ans:The male reproductive system functions to produce germ cells or sperms cells and these sperm cells are transferred to the female reproductive system with the help of penis. These germ cells fuse with the egg cells in the female reproductive system to form a zygote.

Que:Define female reproductive system.
Ans:The female reproductive system mainly consists of two ovaries connected to the uterus via fallopian tubes. This arrangement is situated posterior to the urinary bladder. The uterus opens on the lower end into the vagina via the cervix. The vagina open to the outside and are covered with lip-like folds called labia minora and labia majora. These structures also hide the clitoris which is often referred to as the female pseudo-penis.

Que:What is reproduction/Define reproduction.
Ans:Reproduction is defined as a biological process in which an organism give rise to young ones similar to itself. It enables the continuity of the species, generation after generation.
