Thermus aquaticus is a bacteria can survive harsh and high temperature conditions. The DNA polymerase found in this bacteria remains stable even at very high temperatures. Because of this stability it can be used in the process known as the polymerase chain reaction, or PCR(amplification of DNA in vitro).

This way it helps in Bio tech.
hope you get it, have a nice day.

Thermus aquaticus bacterium is usedin recombinant DNA technology to provide the enzyme Taq Polymerase which is thermostable enzyme which can even work which remain active during the high temperature induced denaturation of double stranded DNA. ... Name the soil bacterium which contain gene for production of endotoxins.
