how and why should we organise groups to motivate people to donate their eyes after death?

we can make posters which say donate eyes and blood,make groups within our communities and motivate how much ever people we can do to donate eyes after they die.
we should motivate people to donate their eyes because anyways after they die ,their eyes is gonna go and decompose into the soil.who is benefitted in it??
atleast a person who dont have the pleasure of seeing the world can be happy with the eyes .the eyes of he dead people are no longer needed for them or the world but it could bring more happiness to a blind person.
