how and why should we organise to motivate society to donate eyes after death

as after many accidents ....there is a need for the replacement of eyes ...which is a organ that can be replaced...as in most of the case there is shortage of spare eyes hence we should motivate......we can do this by organising camps and advertising through flakes and television sources
