The correct answer is option b) All of  us have common land, water, sun and air to use.

Option a) This is not a valid option because the poet states ‘Beneath all uniforms, a single body breathes’ which clearly indicates that the uniforms (clothing) is varied and not the same.

Option c) Cuisines vary even within a country; so it is not possible for the entire world to be eating the same food.

Option d) It is a known fact that people in the west are called Whites, people from the African subcontinent are called Blacks and the rest of the world is simply referred to as ‘people of colour’. So skin colour and complexion also varies from ethnicity to ethnicity.

Option b) The poem has an anti-war theme and so the poet’s focus is on how nature tries its best to be impartial to everyone.  Therefore, everyone shares the space on earth, uses natural resources like water, has the same sun warming them and the same air to breathe. This makes everyone equal and hence all men are similar to one another irrespective of the nation they belong to.
