How are alloy prepared.how do the properties of iron change when small quantity of carbon is mixed,and nickel and chromium are mixed with it?

An alloy is a substance composed of two metals or more metals and a non-metal which are intimately mixed by fusion or electrode position.


When carbon is added to an iron alloy, the alloy becomes harder and stronger.
