Animals are classified into 3 types on basis of their food habits

Herbivores=The animals which eat plants and leaves are known as herbivores. They have incisors which help them chew such plants. Some examples are :Deers, rabbits etc.

Carnivores= Animals which eat the flesh of other animals and small insects are known as carnivores. They have sharp canines for tearing the flesh from dead animals. They eat only flesh and no plants na dleaves. For example:Tiger, lion etc.

Omnivores- Animals which eat both animals and plants are known as Omnivores. For example-Humans, Pandas etc.
