Clouds ☁ are formed when water is evaporates.Plant also evaporates water that is called transpiration.Then the water goes into up in the sky. Where temperature is very low thus the water vapour starts to condense and there it started to make small droplets of water. Then the small droplets combines with each others. And the clouds are thus formed.
