the different life processes are related in such a way:-

the food ( glucose ) produced in NUTRITION is utilised in RESPIRATION to produce energy and take oxygen. this energy is utilised by the heart for TRANSPORTATION of oxygen , carbon dioxide , waste products etc. the waste products carried by the blood are removed by the process of EXCRETION.

The life processes include nutrition, excretion, reproduction, movement, respiration, growth and sensitivity which are related to each other.
