How are elements arranged in a polyatomic ion?
Eg:
In CuSo4 , Cu is placed before So4, Can it be, So4Cu.
In CO2, C is placed before O2, can it be O2C.​

i think the element which gain electron is placed after the element which loose

Explanation:

ex=co2 carbon has valency +2 and oxygen has -2 so carbon loose electron so it is placed at first and oxygen gain electron so it is place at 2nd place
