Justice and equality are interrelated so that when are you equal in our society,when you get justice because without getting justice you can't be equal in society as this both terms are interrelated

Let's understand that what is meant by Equality and Justice.


⚫ EQUALITY :

The Constitution of India have given many rights to the citizens. The Constitution has accepted the principle of equality. The state cannot discriminate against individual on the grounds of religion,caste, race,place of birth etc. The Constitution has also given the State the power to make special provisions for the socially and economically backward weaker sections of the society.


⚫ JUSTICE :

Establishment of Justice involves removing inequality in order to give equal opportunity of development to every individual.Social Justice means according an equal status to every individual without discriminating on the ground of caste , religion,birth place , wealth and status.Social Justice also means recognizing equal status of all persons and focus that everyone got the equal rights.

So, here we can see that,that how equality and justice are interrelated with each other.In both the objectives of the Constitution the concept of equality and equal rights and equal treat to everyone is shown.

That's why equality and justice are interrelated.
