fats are digested by an enzyme called lipase. they decompose fats into fatty acids and are hence assimilated in our body

the fat is digested in human in duodinum of alimentary canal.
the fat is first coated by bile called emalcification and then it is digested by lipase enzyme..
the fat digestion is complete in deodinum
