The fats are digested by lipase enzymes. The process takes place in our gut.

Hi user

Here's the answer
____________________________________________________________

The fats are digested by digestive enzymes secreted in our body. The digestive enzymes that digest fats are called lipase.

During the process of digestion, our human liver secretes a enzyme called bile juice. This enzyme is responsible for the digestion of larger fat globules into smaller fat globules called micelles. Then the smaller fat globules are digested by another enzyme called lipase.

This process of digestion of fats takes place in the small intestine of a human being where all the enzymes of liver and pancreas are mixed together.

This process of digestion of fats is called emulsification of fats.
