IN SOLIDS THE INTERMOLECULAR FORCES ARE STRONGER AS COMPARED TO LIQUIDS ND LIQUIDS CAN FLOAT BUT SOLID CANNOT LIQUIDS DOES NOT HAVE DEFINITE SHAPE BUT DEFINITE VOLUME
