how are human actions lead to death of useful bacteria

We(humans) use plenty of medicines in our life time
These medicines kill the bacteria
By taking a huge amount of medicines the antibiotics even kill the bacteria which is useful
This leads to death

1)soil is highly rich in microorganisms like bacteria...worms etc..
2)these are very useful for crops.
3)but due to humans excessive usage of pesticides they are being destroyed.
4)thus, human interference is cause of destroy of fungi and bacteria.
