Today, global warming is a big issue. It is causing the oceans to rise and the end results are devastating floods and tsunamis.
Droughts are periodically occurring, leading to loss of lives and shortage of food.
Erratic rainfall is happening as the normal weather pattern is fast changing.
All of the above phenomena can be checked and normalcy brought about if wanton felling of trees is stopped, unregulated violation of effluent discharge and emission of greenhouse gases is checked and so on.
The change in the weather pattern is also throttling the natural growth, survival and spread of flora and fauna so necessary to retain the bio-diversity of our planet.
In view of the above, unless we discipline ourselves, further damage to the ecology will be caused because of human behaviour.

It is true that human beings are becoming greedy day by day urging for more and more.As the population is increasing day by day,the humans are becoming more greedy to make a place in the society. Thus they are indirectly affecting our mother nature and causing an ecological imbalance which can prove to be very dangerous in near future.
