Similarity between humans and plants

Explanation:

  • Both are multicellular organisms and cells contain a nucleus. Both consist of mitochondria which serves as the powerhouse of cell and supplies energy.
  • As far as organ system is concerned , the circulation in plants and animals follows a similar pathway although different tissues are involved.
  • Both the circulatory organ systems consist of large number of tubes . Humans have arteries , capillaries and veins to transport nutrients dissolved in blood.
  • Plants have vascular bundles called xylem and phloem which has vessels and capillaries to transport water and minerals and food to different parts of the part.
