BONJOUR MATE !!

  • Basic human needs of food, air , clothing and shelter are satisfied by nature.
  • We are endowed with large number of natural resources like forest, wind, wildlife, water, which are used by human beings to satisfy his basic wants and needs.
  • It is the human being who also transforms the natural resources to transform them into more valuable and productive,
  • However, it is to be noted that despite satisfaction of basic human needs, there is no limit to individual's greed.
  • Nature would have enough to satisfy one's need but not for one's greed.
  •  Human beings in order to meet their insatiable greed for resources have indulged in over exploitation , indiscriminate use of resources.
  • Today, We have witnessed indiscriminate use of resources,  accumulation of resources in the hands of few have widened the gap between the rich and the poor.
  • With growing industrialisation, urbanisation, increased population our demand for natural resources like land, water, minerals will and have increased.
  • Our greed will lead to depletion of resources and burden the scarce resource.
