Involuntary actions are those on which there is no control of any individual. They are carried out by muscles which are under the direct control of the brain. Example, beating of heart.
Refelx actions are those which are caused in response to a stimulus in an emergency. Exampple, we immediately remove our hand upon touching a very hot object, is a reflex action.
