The bill passed by the person first goes to Rajya Sabha. They'll go through the bill, debate on it and let it pass to the Lok Sabha. In Lok Sabha the same procedure is repeated. If Lok Sabha agrees with the bill, it'll then be sent to the President. The President will check the bill thoroughly, if he agrees the bill will be further passed to Prime Minister where he will check it and make sure if its eligible for being a law or no. Then the bill will be turned into a law.

If the President has doubts with the bill, he'll send it back to the houses where again the debate procedure will be repeated and then sent back to President.
