Actually Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship are two different things.

First, Entrepreneurship is really a character trait more than a learned skill.

Sure, you can and should learn to improve it, but the inclination to be an entrepreneur is something that only a few percentages of the general population has (my own estimate, around 15% of the general populace will ever even consider it).

Marketing strategy on the other hand is a skill.

You can learn it in many places and of course it takes practice to prefect.

Second, Both Entrepreneurship and Marketing however require creativity and thinking out of the box. If you are strong in creativity you could probably do well (with enough practice and perseverance) in both fields.

Lastly, Every business require marketing strategy and this include both “regular” business and startup ventures led by entrepreneurs.

Many “regular” business, and especially large ones, can’t however support internal Entrepreneurship as it is too disruptive to the internal working of the business
