How are microbes used in making antibiotics vaccina and vitamin

Disease causing microbes are either weakened or killed and then they are introduced in a mammal like a horse.

The horse's body will produce antibodies in the blood to capture the microbe and then it's blood sample is taken which contains the antibodies in it. Then then liquid part of the blood known as plasma or serum is extracted from the blood. This serum is antibiotic. Hope it helps.
