How are new laws formed in India?​

SaiK09: First a member of parliament gives his or her own opinion that he wants this law this opinion is called BILL after all the discussions and agreement of the members of parliament in both houses the bill will be signed by the president of India and becomes Law and the it becomes an ACT

Answer:

After getting cleared from both the House of Parliament bill is sent to President for his assent. After giving his assent to the Bill, it becomes an Act. Then this Act is notified through a Gazette Notification. After the publication of this Gazette Notification the Act becomes Law of the land.
