How are pteridophytes difernt from the phanerogams

Pteridophytes are the plants that do not exhibit seeds but phenerograms are the plants that bear seeds. Pteridophytes are primitive plants but the phenerograms are advance plants. Pteridophytes exhibit less developed reproductive organs whereas the phanerograms exhibit well developed reproductive organs.
