Something that fulfill our needs is termed as Resources.

Resources can Classified in many ways -

  • According to Continual utility
  • According to Utility

We can classify resources on the basis of distribution :-

  1. Ubiquitous - These are the resources which are found everywhere. For an example, the air we breath , wind energy , solar energy.

  1. Localised - These are the resources which are found only selected areas. These are actually mineral materials. which are useful to man. For an example, iron, copper, tin, silver, gold, etc.
