d is diagonal

 \huge \red \star \: P=2 \sqrt{2} d

diagonal is 10 cm

\implies \huge 2 \times  \sqrt{2}  \times 10

\implies  \huge  \bold{P = 28.28}

perimeter = 28.28 cm
