rights are secured in India with the help of judiciary. there are sectors like police department and executive who secure our rights. if we don't get our rights we can claim in any court which will make sure that our rights are secured.

After we got our independence in the year of 1947, Dr B R Ambedkar wrote our constitution.
At that time,our country was in a under development stage,with a lot of backward caste population.
To ensure the proper development of these backward class people,the rights were reserved in our honorable constitution.
Due to these rights,the backward caste people got special seats in the government jobs and education sectors.
