In the following the peasants in Russia were different from the workers of the other European Countries

1. The workers of Russia were classified into many social groups on the grounds of their skill. Metal workers perceived themselves lords among the different operators, as their work needed more practice and skill than any other professional worker.

2. Women workers formed around 31% of the total population in Russia but they were paid very less than men.

3. Some workers developed unions to aid members in courses of lay-off or economic hardship but such arrangements were very few in numbers.  

4. Agriculture remained the main occupation of a majority of Russian people, who worked on the farms of the clergy and the nobles.

5. The agriculturalist labours were paid very low and sometimes they were not even paid.
