heya.

Simple tissue consist of one same type of cells while complex tissue have different type of cells. Simple tissue consist of parenchyma, collenchymas and sclernchyma. While complex tissue consist of xylem and phloem. Simple tissueoccur in all parts of plant and complex tissue only occur in vascular region.

Simple tissues contain only one specific type of cells which perform a simple function.
For example, Parenchyma, collenchyma and sclerenchma.
Complex tissues are those tissues which contain many different types of cells specialized in their functions but together they perform a complex function.
For example: Xylem (consists of tracheids, vessels and xylem parenchyma) and Phloem (consists of sieve tubes, companion cells, phloem parenchyma and phloem fibres).

Thanks.
