in respiratory system the oxygen is supplied to the blood at the surface of the lungs. In excretory system urine is filtered in kidney and the waste is thrown out from the body.same wise there is exchange of oxygenated and deoxygenated blood in lungs.

hi mate,

=> according to sientist we know that the kidneys' relationship with the lungs.

=> according to the five elements theory, the relationship between the kidneys and the lungs is like a bond between a mother and child.

=> the kidneys belong to water and the lungs belong to metal; the metal and water elements mutually generate each other.

=> Lungs and kidneys participate in maintaining the acid-base balance.

=> Compensatory role of the lungs rapidly expresses through an increase or reduction of ventilation.

=> Renal compensation usually requires a few days as it is achieved through changes in bicarbonate reabsorption.

=> Lungs – your lungs are sponge-like organs.

=> Every time you breathe they filter oxygen from the air through tiny vessels into the blood.

=> ... The liver is the only internal organ that can regrow. Kidneys – the kidneys are also filters.

i hope it helps you.
