how are the minerals transported across the plant​

In plants , the water and minerals are first absorbed by the roots and then it is absorbed by the two vascular tissues namely xylem & Phloem . ... After absorbing water and minerals , by this tissues then it is transported to all parts of plants such as stem , leaves etc.
