Sir,
I am student currently pursuing my under graduation in our university. This is a great place to study and develop the carrier of a person but it seems the place is loosing its dignity slowly. Recently, i have came across a bad incident that happened to me and my friend in our university campus by some outsiders. We have no idea how they were permitted in the campus without proper identification and dare to cause some serious nuisance like teasing and ragging students. I kindly request you to look over the issue as soon as possible to bring a solution for it.
