Hi there,
Banks give out loans so they can open accounts and charge tax over the. They receive incentives and generate profit. This is the reason why the general public has to go through a lot of trouble in getting a loan from the bank account. The loans are for usually upper class because they know they can pay it back. The lower class is not able to receive loans because of their low income status. although they are the ones who needs it the most. In addition they have procedures that are rarely passed. The loans that are given are indication of low economy rate due to which banks prefer not give out too many loans.
Thank for asking.
