How are the spindle fibres formed during karyokinesis?

they are formed by extension of aster in animal cell whereas in plant cell they are formed without asters as there are no asters present in plant cell.

Spindle fibers form in plant cells without centrioles by the centromere. They are responsible in organizing the spindle especially for plants which lacks centrioles. Centromere is the strongest and the thinnest region of a chromosome.
