viruses are said to be living

only because

they are non living outside the host

but

they are living inside the host cell and they duplicate inside the host cell

and outside the host cell they are just like a small particles

➡️Viruses do not show any molecular movement because they remain as non-living organisms outside a living host.

➡️Molecular movements are movements that are produced by a living cell for its day to day metabolic activities.⬅️

➡️A virus is an organism that becomes active only inside a host system and therefore it does not show any moments when it is outside. Viruses are smallest organisms that contain a “nucleic acid” and a “protein coat”.
