We are able to sip hot tea faster from saucer than a cup because
the surface area of saucer is larger than a cup
so it can cook quickly in saucer and most of them prefer to drink tea in saucer rather than a cup

As saucer has large surface area than the cup .So, evaporation (due to heatness) takes place faster in saucer and thus,we are able to drink hot tea faster from a saucer rather than a cup .
