The weeds affect the crop in several ways :
1. It competes with the plant for nutrients
1. It also competes with other essential compounds neede by plants like sunlight , water , fertiliser, and even space .

These all factors affect the growth of the plants and lead to huge destruction to crops in field

weeds are actually unwanted plants which grows in between crops. they interfere growth of crops because they compete for water,light and soil nutrition.
