Social science is such a lovely subject. But, this subject is so lovely that people also lose marks. Unlike Language subjects such as English, Social science don't always require Long answers, but it requires the main thing - POINTS / ☆ CONTENT QUALITY ☆.
So, We can study for Social Science exams by :-
□ The thing that most people hate in SST is Long question answers,
so, to study it better, focus on important points of that particular question answer and study the whole answer.
□Second, and the most important thing, READ YOUR TEXT THOROUGHLY. It doesn't mean just reading it simply, understand the content and study.
□ Focus on textbooks more than Notebooks.
□Underline the important points in text so that you can find it quickly 5 minutes before exams.
These are the basic things that we should follow to study social studies better.
TO STUDY HISTORY.
History = His+Story. So, it's like a story.
□As history is like a story, "connect and study". That is, you wanna Connect the incidents like a chain.
□The most worst challenge that Students face in studying history (even me) is to remember years.
This can be easily solved by using some tricks.
For e.g. :- First round table conference : 1930 ,0 is round shape, so we can remember. By, this, we can remember the second Round table conference [on 1931 (one year after first conference] )
GEOGRAPHY
GEOGRAPHY is the study of land, and other physical features of India.
□The worst part of Geography may be studying the current direction and path of monsoons and all.
This can be solved by Drawing it in a piece of paperand Studying.
I think these two parts are difficult parts of social science.
AFTER ALL, CONCENTRATE IN YOUR STUDIES, TRY YOUR BEST, AND GIVE YOUR BEST IN EXAMS.
