the midium and large farmers have their own savings from farming.they usually have plot of large size .they usually adopts modern farming methods i.e. HYV seeds Chemical fertilisers pesticides etc .as a result they harvest a good crop . they retain a part of it for family consumption and supply the surplus product to the market .in this way they get good earning which they either put in their bank accounts .
where as the small farmers who cultivate a small plot of land using the traditional methods borrow from large farmers or moneylenders or the traders who supply various inputs for cultivation . the rate of interest is very high .they are put to great distress to repay the loan
hope it will help u

The arrangement of capital differ from small farmer to rich farmers by the following ways given below:
☆The rich farmer have enough money to buy the imputs needed and finally in return he may get a huge amount of production. On the other hand the small farmers does not have enough money to buy the imputs needed for the production and hence they borrow money from rich farmers.
☆The rich farmers with a huge amount of production changes into huge amount of money (exchange in markets) . So they save some money in their banks and also lend to the small farmers who are in need of money. On the other hand the small farmers have to pay the money to the rich farmers in addition to the interst and also work on the land of the rich farmer whom they borrowed money at a lower rate ☆thecapitals also differ from small farmer to the rich farmer by which the rich farmer uses HVYseeds, fertilisers, pesticides, weedicides, irrigation and also uses tractors and some sophisticated tools needed for production. On the other hand the small farmers uses manures, irrigation, plough and some simple tools for their production .
