the bats catch its prey using echolocation technique.

using ultrasound to detect something is echolocation. during flight the bat reduces the ultrasound rays which hit nearby surface and get back to the bat. it takes all the information and it can find the things around it. it can also get the information about the size of the prey and its movement. it can use this information to catch a prey.
